Problems with your registration?
Did your ESBC password not arrive?
We have received a number of undelivered emails with passwords for new registered customers. This is normally due to the fact that the new ESBC customer has written his email address incorrectly during the registration process.
If you still have not received your new ESBC password after registering, please go in to our web pages again and repeat the registration with a NEW user name, and ensure that your email address has been entered correctly.
When the registration has been completed correctly, you will immediately receive your ESBC password to your email inbox. After this, you can change the password if you wish by entering the 'Kontoinformationen' area in the top right-hand corner of our front page for registered customers.
